The point of reference of this work is the genre, sculpture, as well as process and occurrence. Seen as a sculpture, it consists of an accumulation of material in an empty room, which nonetheless, does not encroach upon the room ́s quality of emptiness. As a concealist object, the sculpture outlasts the days of the showing. It submits itself to the severity of the room surrounding it, concealed by its surface and located in the farthest corner. Only during its dismantling, its deconstruction, when the individual components are removed and salvaged from the architectural structure, are the fragments of another possible sculpture - as well as its actual materiality and the full extent of its volumes - revealed. During the 7 exercises, the various components of the installation function both as a part of the room lent form by an active agent and as an extension of it-self in order to be able to hold its own within the space.

Die
Arbeit beinhaltet die beiden Referenzen: Skulptur und
Ereignis.
